I absolutely fell in love with this Leets pinup piece last year & thought I’d have the husband tattoo it on me, but after some deliberation we decided that instead he would just tattoo the same large slice of cake on my hip in homage to her work instead.

He drew up the artwork & changed it a little because I insisted on sprinkles. After the Birthday festivities with my family on Monday night we went down to the shop & opened it up just long enough for him to ink this little beauty on me … I love it. I will take a better picture after it’s healed & my sensitive skin isn’t so angry.

This morning I happen to be watching the Today Show and they were talking about different topics and then they brought up the Toki Doki collaboration with Mattel Barbie and how it was inappropriate to let young girls think it was okay to look that way. They were saying how she shouldn’t have tattoos because it’s going to make kids think it’s okay to have them. I was just sitting there in shock while I watched this. Why is having tattoos inappropriate? How the hell is a doll with tattoos going to be a bad influence? I seriously don’t understand why people can be so narrow minded.

Because heavens knows, there aren’t enough problems with Barbie dolls and young girls and self-image, but GASP the TATTOOS are the inappropriate thing here.

How dare a woman choose to adorn her body in some way that isn’t sanctioned as “normal”?!?

So long as she’s thin with big tits, that’s ok though.

One of 10 tattoos, not finished yet. Still missing some kind of clouds on the side. The photo was taken directly after the session, that´s why the turqouise has such a weird “blood-color”. Kinda fan tattoo, cuz I love the work of Ruben Cantuni. The original girl is made by him.

Published the link to this particular picture once at my Facebook, my tattooist saw it and wrote me directly “I love it, that´s soooo you. Let us do it asap” Yeah and there it is. A tattoo of a fat lady on my fat thigh. She´s so like me and we love each other. XD
